As to your question, let's dissect it. First of all, when you say "Heaven", do you mean the throne room of God, or the "new heaven and new earth" with no more sea?
If it is the latter, when do you believe the new heaven and new earth was created?
Also, what verse did you find Jesus being "the light of heaven?"
I find him being "a light from heaven" in Acts 26:13, but that isn't so much a photos or phosphos as it is a lamprotice or brilliant radiance that perhaps exuded from him. If it can exude from him to earth, could it not also have exuded from earth back to Heaven?
God was silent. God could have called a prophet and given him a message, but Israel had quit listening to GOd. That's why Jesus came as a tender plant in a dry branch. During the 400 silent years, David saw Jezebel look out the window and heard Goliath say throw her down. He did, and the levitathan came and licked up her blood while the Ammonites were struggling with the famine. In the mean time, the Philistines were trying to figure out who they were and why their god kept falling down. About the same time, Noah was regurgitated from the fish's belly while Jonah opened the door on the ark to let out all the wise men who got sidetracked on the way to Jerusalem. When they got there, they found the buying and selling in the temple to be quite confusing. When the good Samaritan came by, he gave them directions to the well where they could meet the woman who had in issue of blood. She ate watermelon with the pharisees before she went to anoint Jesus' head with her tears. In the home of lazarus, Martha ran out of flour and asked Docras to go get some. She forgot her coat and asked Peter to miraculously clothe her. He did after he got off the stormy Sea amd dried his clothes. When Jesus came to the other side of the ship, all the fish went to the other side. Afet they drew in to land, they fed 500 thousand after the pHilippian jailer cooked. When all was said and done, more was said than done and GOd still waited four hundred years to send his message.

ReplyDeleteYou know, a post that may or may not get comments is: "Was God really silent for 400 years, or was there just no prophet"?
